"Dear Customer Service
I am writing to bring your attention to an ongoing problem a Petchaburi station:During rush hour in the morning, the number of people entering the station is much
greater than the rest of the day because of the connection to the airport link. As you have just put up one metal detector at the entry checkpoint, the line backs
up all the way to the escalator making it very difficult to get off. It is only a matter of time before this actually happen and a lot of people will get hurt getting stuck
on the escalator.
You can be sure that such an incident will end up in the newspaper framed as a result of incompetent management. I therefore urge you to take action. You have
two obvious solutions here:
1) tell your staff to move the barrier that seperate people entering, from people leaving to make more space for people entering, or
2) purchase an extra metal detector so the line will move faster.
Option 2 is surely the more sustainable solution.I would appreciate an acknowledgement that this message has been forwarded to management.
