I am very pleased to announce the launch of the second Global Employee Engagement Survey across the whole of the RMA Group and its’ subsidiary companies, across 15 countries, and apologies if you did not receive this email yesterday.
The first survey was launched in November 2014. This had a terrific response rate and we obtained some really good feedback from you all. I hope that as a result of this, you will have seen positive changes in your workplaces addressing some of the issues raised. This work is not complete though and we want to continue to hear your views on your employment experience.
To enable to us to really assess our progress, the survey design is largely unchanged from last year and covers 9 factors relating to your employment experience with us including questions on the Company; Leadership; your Supervisor; Teamwork & Cooperation; Communication; Learning & Development; your Work Environment; Performance Management & Reward and Quality & Customer Focus. Each factor has a number of statements which we ask you to review and respond on a five-point scale from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree. Where you disagree with a statement, we would encourage you to comment to explain why. We have also added a few questions relating to feedback on the 2014 survey.
Thanks to the comments we received from the previous survey, we have also made some minor changes to hopefully explain the questions where it was felt this might be helpful.
Recognizing the many markets we are working in, the survey can be undertaken in any of seven languages … English, Khmer, Vietnamese, Burmese, Russian, Turkish, and Thai.
The survey is undertaken on Survey Monkey and all results are completely
