If all elements above are social unit or an organized group of people, Edward Gross and AmitaiEtzoni referred to 3 significant-elements of organization as followings:
1. There are management of organization such as division of work, decentralization of mandate and responsibility to strengthen organization’s task and achievement.
2. Organization must have a power center to checks and control and to coordinate members gearing toward organizational achievement. This power center also has a mandate to evaluate work and capacity of the organization and to structure new organization for better future achievements.
