The participants of this study were 30 teachers from 6 different schools determined with equal gender
variable in the 2011/2012 academic year in İstanbul, Turkey. The participants were chosen by using a
purposive sampling method described as the best used with small numbers of individuals or groups which
may well be sufficient for understanding human perceptions, problems, needs, behaviors and contexts,
which are the main justification for a qualitative audience research (Bailey, 1994).
