Mongkut headcount survey is being conducted to know the total headcount each meal, in order to improve the quality of food, and cook the right amount of food in proportion to the average headcount per meal to avoid wasting of food. In the past, too much food is being thrown away due to over production. We will also rearrange the set-up of equipment in the staff canteen in order to speed up the self-serving process and not a have long queue.
