Your Main Structure indicates the strongest element in revealing your mode of operation in life and how you relate to your friends, family and your work. The second strongest element is known as your Sub Structure, and determines your secondary nature, consider it as your sub-behaviour. It is entirely possible for one person to have a mix of Structures because of the different elements. As such, not everyone is a pure Structure.
Influence Structure (Supporters)
The Supporter and a pillar of strength; they organize and bring people together.
Influence Structure can be best described as being the ‘nice guys’ of the workplace. They are extremely amiable and eager to please, thrive in situation that are calm, stable, and not riddled with too much excitement or risks. They are keen to minimize conflict with others, and their primary concern is to ensure that everyone gets along and is not at one another’s throat.
On the less positive side, however, Influence Structure people tend to lack initiative and drive, and wait around to be given instructions before they embark upon anything.
