3. Results
3.1. Plasma osmolality and cortisol levels during salinity stress
The plasma cortisol levels were significantly increased by 1.8-
fold during the salinity stress at day 1 in the SW fish compared
to the FW fish, whereas no significant differences were observed
at day 4 between the FW and SW fish (Fig. 1B). The plasma osmolality
levels were significantly increased in the SW fish at day 1 and
4 compared to the respective FW fish (Fig. 1C).
