replacement while counters are incremented and comparators
decide on swapping. So, we early terminate write (EWT [15])
to that STT-RAM line and do swapping. Data of the selected
line are then stored in an SRAM buffer and will be written back
to the targeted line in future while cache receives subsequent
requests. This mitigates latency overhead, if swapping is not
frequently initiated; which is the direct result of the
conservative size for the saturation counters.
