On the other hand people who eat healthily and who do not eat fatty foods can still die from cancer and other diseases. Another valid point is that you can take healthy eating too far and get diseases such as anorexia and bulimia where you starve yourself or make yourself sick. As a result of these diseases you can develop depression or even death. Also you could eat healthily all your life but you can not control what happens to you. For example you could walk out onto the road and get killed so you may as well enjoy life and eat what you want when you still can.
