Microscopic observations on the mycoparasitic
nature of T. harzianum
Light microscopy
The slide culture method [30] was used to investigate
the mycoparasitic nature of T. harzianum against
B. oryzae. The slide was examined periodically by
light microscopy to observe the mycelial interaction
between the two fungi as they were growing.
