Special KBB shipping instructions
Do not send any iPod nano (1st generation) units collected from customers as part of this program with your regular KBB shipments. Sending iPod nano units related to this program to Apple with all KBB shipments may delay the regular KBB shipments and result in processing delays for your return credit.
Segregate iPod nano (1st generation) units related to this program and store them in a secure location.
Apple will contact you via email with special shipping instructions for returning the KBB iPod nano units to Apple. Note: Apple will adjust the KBB return windows as appropriate.
C. It may take up to six weeks for customers and service providers to receive replacement products.
D. Customers with a personalized iPod nano will receive a non-personalized replacement. Customers should make sure to use iTunes to back up any data on their current iPod nano before sending it in for a replacement product.
