• Administer overall Human Resource management functions such as compensation, benefits and welfare, performance management, etc.
• Perform recruitment assignment to meet the company’s expansion plan both for retail stores and back-end
• Prepare and perform employment contracts, on-boarding and induction program for new hires
• Responsible for payroll registering, compensation, wage structure and benefit administration
• Responsible for employee relations by providing professional support and advice on people management to retail and departmental managers
• Execute and record competency evaluation as part of Individual Progress Plan program
• Maintain records and filling system for employer database up to date
