Andrea Jung started her leadership journey about 20 years ago when she was selected to lead Avon and became one of three female CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. She worked for Avon for 20 years, spending 13 of them as CEO. In 2010 she received the 2010 Clinton Global Citizen Award for her leadership of the Avon Foundation for Women. She is now the CEO of Grameen America, the nonprofit microfinance organization founded by the Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus.
