It is known that external factors can have a significant positive or negative influence on co-teaching (Strogilos, et al., 2011) and administration is one of these factors. A supporting administration can help to increase the opportunities for cooperation, giving the time and place for the growth of collaborative educational activities concerning instructional planning and delivery, and also, contribute to conflict settlement. The findings have shown a noteworthy improvement regarding the support provided to all teachers by the administration, and this could be said that it encouraged the processes of co-teaching and had a significant positive impact on
the overall procedure of co-teaching.
