If you're unable to reset your password using the email authentication option, I’ll need you to contact our Account Security team. The Account Security team will attempt to verify your identity so they can help you regain access to your account. To contact an Account Security Advisor so they can verify your identity, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com
2. Choose: iTunes & Apple Music > iTunes Store.
3. Click Account Management.
4. Click Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password.
5. Choose Talk to Apple Support Now or Schedule a Call.
6. Enter your contact information, and click Continue.
You'll see a confirmation page that includes a case ID number.
