- We keep Chuthana’s discount at 40% level (except for OCSC project – due
to very specific conditions agreed before the M&A) so that Chuthana can
maintain its sub-reseller network up and running.
- On the rest of the 60%, for any TMM sales done by Chuthana, we RS will
deduct any licenses of RS at a $15/lic price point, so that PEG can mark up
on those licenses. As there is no involvement whatsoever from PEG in this
process, so we consider this distribution of revenue pretty fair.
- According to Chuthana’s realistic-case scenario, PEG will be able to deduct
82 587 licenses of RS within the year (see spreadsheet).
