*Background*:
WorldVentures just received notice from our merchant processors that Visa has been a recipient of a “Mass cyberattack.” This will affect all Visa processing customers and their cards will be declined. This is not a WorldVentures or a gateway issue, it is all Visa customers. We wanted to inform you as soon as we became aware. Obviously all Visa transactions will be declined until Visa fixes it’s situation. Rest assured we will rerun all existing customer accounts that are tied to a Visa credit card when we are able to. Also, your representatives will be experiencing declines for new representative and member orders. They will have to go back into the system and provide payment once we are able to accept Visa.
We will alert you when we are able to accept Visa going forward.
