If you’re thinking about using Bravofly, I advice you to take a while to read my and many other's stories about the company available here. This might save you a lot of hassle.
Mine goes like this:
Bravofly added a wrong credit card commission fee to my purchase. I informed them about it right away and asked them to refund the excess. They replied informing me… how much I’ve paid and thanking me for using their services :-) – really quite funny if it wasn’t for the fact they still had my money.
I’ve since written two more emails to them explaining in very clear terms that they have withdrawn more money from my credit card than they were entitled to and asking them to return the excess. I never received a reply.
As a Bravofly customer, you have two options in a situation like that:
1.) Continue being totally ignored and lose your money
2.) Call the company
Here, option 2 would for most people the one to choose. But if you think this is simple, think again! Bravofly has thought of that possibility too and has taken appropriate precautions. You see, Bravofly does not have a regular phone number. If you want to claim back the money they stole from you, you have to call their PAYPHONE NUMBER (and believe me, it's not cheap) and PAY THEM to talk to you. It’s ingenious! This way you’ll end up paying excess amount no matter what.
So basically, the strategy is to rip you off, cut you off, and hope that you either give up getting your money back or pay them to return it to you.
Guys, seriously, don’t use this company out of simple respect for yourselves, your money, and your time. It’s just not worth it :-)
