Customer is accusing the delivery person of being rude, using extreme profanity, and challenging the customer to a fight through a follow up call. Please follow up with A-Commerce to investigate if these accusations are true. If there are any truths to the accusation, I believe their management needs to personally visit the customer to apologize and win back their confidence.
