Mr.Saard Suksadoh and Group,2010 The objectives to this research are to observe The Ferryboat customers’ behaviors towards The Tha Chalom-Mahachai Ferryboat, customers’ satisfaction, customers’ motiration and to observe the customers’ reciprocal relation between their personal factors and behaviors towards The Tha Chalom- Mahachai Ferryboat Service. And research to assess the customers’ suggestions for developing the Tha Chalom-Mahachai Ferryboat service quality follow by the opinion of The Ferryboat customers.
The representative samples in this research are from 370 ferryboat customers. The research tool is questionnaires which are evaluated with Cornbrash Alpha Coefficient. The statistical methods are Frequency Measurement, Percentage, Arithmetic Average and Standard Deviation. Chi-Square for relation, T-test and F-test or One way Anova in hypothesis experiment for comparison.
