Immediately thereafter, all of the shrimp were bath challenged through continuous exposure to the QH isolate at
a final concentration of 5 106 CFU mL1, as confirmed above. Three doses (0, 5 and 10 mL) of B. bacteriovorus H16 at a final concentration of 3 108 PFU mL1 were added to the 100 L of aerated filtered farm water in the control and two treatment groups (ca. 0, 5 103 and 1 104 PFU mL1 in water).
