- Analyze functional competency based on position description and Writing functional competency dictionary.
- Analyze competency gap and Survey training needs for setting up annually training plan
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of training activities as planned , budget spending, material
and records all training activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Report training information of each month to superior and Department of Skill Development.
- Organize Orientation Program for new employees.
Handle HRD projects (as assigned by HRD advisor) to promote learning & development solutions, Design and facilitator base on competency activities, staff activities, etc.
