1 Regularly ask for work-performance feedback and respond by making a constant effort to improve.
2 Cleary identify career objectives/goals in PDP and regularly seek assistance to implement/meet them
3 Regularly study technical (job-related) articles/books and issues learnt from previous client-assignments, and use them to improve work performance.
4 Comply with the firm's rules & regulations i.e; Code of Conduct ,IT policy or Dress Code policy.
