were grown in a growth chamber under artificial cool-white fluorescent light (125 μmol m−2 s−1) (14.5 h photoperiod) at 26.5 ± 1 °C (day) and 16 ± 1 °C (night) and between 65 and 80% relative humidity. Plants were potted in a bark, ceramic chip, and charcoal mixture (3:1:1), watered weekly and fertilized with a solution of Scotts® orchid food according to manufacturer's directions. Capsule dehiscence was observed to occur under these conditions at 220 DAP.
