Debugging method
You can change the electric circuit parameter by adjusting" product Effect adjust" and the Signal 1 and Signal 2 , these three knobs.
Steps of debugging
1. Adjust "product Effect adjust" knob to find the best value of product effect which must detect.
2. Observe signals indicating lamp, and adjust the Signal 1 & Signal 2 to
get the relative examination sensitivity. Additional, Signal 1 knob can control the sensitivity level for the material of Fe. Signal 2 knob can control the sensitivity level for the other kinds of metal parts
3. Test the actual examination sensitivity by the standard module, judge whether the actual examination sensitivity meet the requirements;
4. Presses lightly "the run" button, and make the equipment get into running status;
5. Start normally to detect.

5.Adjust properly "sensitivity" adjusting knob, when products pass through examination, it will not give an alarm by mistake and you also can guarantee the sensitivity.

Examples
If the product which we must detect is the 10kg-packing aquatic product, we may carry on the debugging according to the below steps.
1) Press lightly "the debugging" button, set "the product adjustment" knob to 0, and adjust two groups of sensitivities knobs all to center.
2)Press lightly "the start" button, start the conveyer belt, and set the product on the leather belt to let it pass the detecting head. By now you will find that two groups of signals indicating lamps are bright, it shows the product effect of this kind product is very big and surpassed the instruction scope of signal indicating lamp. So you should reduce the sensitivities.
3)Adjust the sense knobs of signal 1& signal 2 anti-clockwise to about 20 percent, and then let it pass the detecting head. If you find the product effect of channel 1 is bigger and it of channel 2 is smaller, you should adjust the sense knob to 0.
4) Adjust clockwise the "Product Effect Adjust" knob to the position of 1.0, and then you find the products effect of channel 2 become weaken. So you should adjust the” Product Effect Adjust" knob to 2.0, and find the Product effect of channel 2 become more weaken, so you adjust "The Product Effect Adjust" knob again. When we adjust the" product Effect adjust" knob to 4.0, we find the product effect is smaller than 3. 0 and 4.0.At that time we can judge that the "Product Effect Adjust" value should be about 3.5.
5) During the adjusting in 3.5, we find: when the” Product Effect Adjust" value is about 3.65, the products effect of channel 2 is the smallest.
6) Adjust the sense " knob (signal2), and when the product passes through, only 3-5 green light of the signal indicating lamp are bright.
7)Test actual examination sensitivity with testing block to meet the actual needs.
8) Press lightly the ‘Start" button, set to the running status, and start normally to detect.
Mechanism debugging
(1) Tense the degree of the conveyer belt and adjustment of running deflection
(2) check periodically whether the transmission device has becomes less crowded;
(3) check whether the installment is steadily.
