Job satisfaction played an important role to employees’ attitude towards jobs because it would lead
employee resigned when their job satisfaction is low. The results indicate strategic human research
management practice a positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction [28;29]. Today people
spend most of their lives in business organizations and satisfy many of their material social and even
sentimental needs at these organizations. Therefore, members of the organizations become more
dependent on their organizations in satisfying some of their needs.
