Can you please consider to make it 100% krub? I understand that it is your call, but from what I talked this customer last time, he expects us to help him 100% only. And from business point of view, I strongly believe that he is going to continue using the card for sure. Moreover, if we decide to help him, I will insist that we consider each case on case by case basis, so he cannot use this one time decision as a reference for other incidents that might occur in the future.
