The study shows normal signal intensity of the brain parenchyma. Cortical sulci
and gyri are within normal limits. No dilatation of ventricular system is seen. Neither
shifting of the midline structures nor extra-axial collection is noted. Pituitary fossa
and suprasellar region are within normal limits.
After gadolinium administration, there is no significant leptomeningeal
enhancement or abnormal enhancing lesion. Calvarial marrow appears
unremarkable. The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.
The visualized spinal cord shows normal in size and signal intensity. There is
normal alignment of the visualized spine. Mild decreased signal intensity on T2W of
the cervical, L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1 intervertebral discs is seen. However, no definite
disc protrusion or spinal cord compression is observed.
