I’ve checked and discussed with Jenny regarding NG sample return to suppliers.
Please find below :-
1) Sales to follow up NG claim with both supplier and customer (cc MM and CSR in the loop). >> Due to AUT only have 1 MM, require sales to follow up Car report to supplier.
2) For NG sample return to supplier.
- If NG sample (Defective part) pick up by sales and bring back to office / or stock in our warehouse . MM to return NG sample to supplier.
- If NG sample (Defective part) at customer side and require to ship direct from customer to supplier. CSR to inform supplier information to customer. (such address and PIC, CSR can get info from MM)
3) For Good part replacement, MM to follow up and arrange with supplier.
4) For new part under development stage, sales to follow up from A to Z.
