• Clarify what is involved
It is important to ring the client first so they know of the change of appointment time before they leave home/work and/or to allow them time to reschedule the rest of their day.
The parcel is urgent, so the phone call to the courier should be made after finishing the call to the client.
The mail should be opened, sorted and distributed as other workers may not be able to start their work until the mail has been delivered.
