Preparing payment voucher and other related documents
• Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
• Ordering and Maintaining stationary and equipment supplies
• Ensuring that office facilities are in good conditions
• Carrying other activities as requested
Qualifications:
• Prefer Male or Female, Age 22-25 yrs old
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
• Experienced 0-2 yrs
• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in Basic English
• Detail-oriented , Good Personal Relations, Services-minded
