Dear Khun Umaporn,
Thank you so much for your response. I will be back to Bangkok around 15 August and I will contact you around that time.
I just want to give you a little bit of background as I am not sure whether you are aware of my entire situation.
The first time that I inspect the room at Tower A was last year. Up until my last inspection in June, there are a few defects that has not been solved but the major one is about the aircon issue. I raised this issue since March - April but up until June, this issue has not been solved.
As for the unit at Tower B, the wall and pillar in the bathroom is not straight. This defect has been raised since my first inspection at the beginning of this year and up until my last inspection in June. It's still not straight. Your staff told me that they did a correction but why is it still not straight. If I would like to have a room that the wall and pillar is not straight, I would not even bother to raise it as a defect at the first place.
Based on my last inspection in June(around 17 or 18). I informed your staff that I will be away from Thailand for 1.5 to 2 months. And if everything is ok, I will be available to come for inspection on the following week. Your staff told me that she will need to check with the contractor and she may request for me to meet with the person who's in charge of the aircon installation. However, she will call to confirm with me.
I was waiting for an update from your staff until 20 June but noone contact me for any update.
I scheduled to fly off on 24 June and both of your transfer officer called me on that day. Which there's nothing that I could do. I told both of them that I am leaving Thailand on that day.
I am not sure whether you are aware of my situation. I had process the document for loan approval with UOB since last year during that Ananda event at Centralworld and had submit the document to UOB 3 more times because UOB require me to update the document every 3 months. And just in case that you or your staff are not aware of this "Everytime that I update the document to UOB, I had to pay fee for checking credit bureau."
UOB loan officer are aware that I will be away for 1.5 to 2 months. I told the UOB officer that I will update all the document once I return to avoid the 3 months document validity timeframe. Which he agreed as he witness that all along there is a huge delay on Ideo side to solve my defects.
I just want to make it clear over here that I paid all the downpayment on time without any delay. I am ready to transfer the unit since last year. My loan was approved since last year.
The only reason that up until today my units was not transferred, it's because the condition of the unit are not in the status of ready for transfer. All the pending defects are not been resolved. I did not see that the issue of your project couldn't be closed come from me. Please correct me if I am wrong.
To send the letter to ask me to go for inspection on 10 July and transfer to be done by 31 July when I already inform your staffs that I am away from Thailand is really showing me how unprofessional your company is.
All along, I had a very tight schedule but I tried to make it available when your staff asked me to go to inspect my unit. And just to solve the aircon issue, I had to go down to my unit 3 times to witness that the defect has never been fixed. It's really a waste of my time.
Given all the experience that I had, I am not be able to force myself to transfer the units until all the defect are fixed.
I will go down to inspect the units once I return to Bangkok in August. I am currently reviewing my contracts. I am supposed that all the defects have to be solved and transferred by 31 March,2014.
I am writing such a long email to make everything clear to you. And I hope to settle all the issues in the amicable way.
Should you need any clarification or further information, please feel free to contact me anytime. My number is +66851677667 or +6591239249.
