The study found that the majority of selected sample group are female who are employees of private organizations with an average monthly income of 15,000 – 20,000 Baht. The majority of the group does not have spouses and their highest level of education is bachelor degree. In terms of consumer behavior, most of the group prefers to enjoy their meal with family and love ones. Key factors affecting their restaurant decision are; type of food product, preferable taste, cleanliness and safety, variety of menu items, reasonable prices, service quality, easily accessible location, proportionate decoration.
