The improvements in the measures observed in the experimental group was 15.4% (±22.41 cm), which meant an average decrease of 19.3 cm of the distance between the wrist and the ankle between the pre- and post-tests. Participants’ performance on the toe-touch test revealed statistically significant improvements, with an increase of 4.2% (± 4.47), which meant an average increase of the fingertoe distance of 4.7 cm (Figure 1). The control group did not demonstrate significant flexibility changes on both investigated tests.
