In telecom sector, Employees are the most imperative part in providing the
services to the customers because they are directly connected to the customers
and at the same time by performing their duties they act as the representatives of
the company in building the strong relationship with the customers. It makes the
memory based association with the customers and also increases the loyalty of the customers but this is only possible if employees are willing to put their best effort to make the customers happy and they will do it if they are satisfied with their jobs.
