As we are rapidly approaching our 2 Million man hour award ceremony, scheduled for 1st of October 2015.

I would like to discuss at the weekly SHES meeting the below points.
• Distribution of prizes. (quantity and to whom)
• For what reason award given. (coupon, SOR, man of the Month etc.)
• Agenda for ceremony.
• Timings for ceremony.
• Speeches should come from project management and not safety department. ( who will deliver)
• Who will present awards.

If anyone has other questions and hopefully answers to the above, lets discuss Friday.
