1. dehydration of fruits in particular and other fruit processes by QC,
2. achieving process targets set for each day with QC,
3. traceability of raw product to origin with supervisor and QC,
4. Checking the accuracy of the delivery orders (DO) that accompanied the truck load of products,
5. Checking the accuracy of the GRNs issued by the unloading supervisor,
6. Checking and establishing traceability of origin with above records, farmer lists and certificates,
7. Checking processor records
8. Checking the factory cleaning records
9. Checking complaint and remedial action records
10. Checking account keeping and export records,
