Customer Service Executive (Sales Admin)
Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial services / administrative jobs for Sales department
Control stationery and sales tools including database management
Handle filing and documentation for Sales & Marketing department
Be the focal point of information for customers by phone and email
Deliver necessary support to Sales Coordinator in exhibition project
Offer on-site service to Project Manager and customers occasionally
Coordinate with other concerned departments in general related matters
Qualifications:
Thai nationality
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
New graduate is welcome to apply
Good command of English both verbal and written
High documentation and database management skills
Service minded with good attention to details
Dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professional
Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure
Experience in event and exhibition service industry is highly preferred
