Responsibilities
To act as HR Business Partner "key contact person" to the business.
To provide HR advice and support to the business on strategic and operational HR issues.
To plan and handle all recruitment processes for the business, including staff movement, manpower planning & information and recruitment.
To ensure all HR related topics are delivered to the business partner i.e. performance management, talent development, recruitment strategy, etc
Advise business on issues of employment legislation.
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience at management level in Human Reources, Recruitment, or related fields.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or any related field.
Possesses excellent written and spoken English abilities.
Strong human relations and people management skills.
