ROLE: Office Manager; REPORTING TO: CEO

AMPP Group is a fast-growth, values-driven technology company with vertically integrated tech and consulting divisions. AMPP is seeking an exceptional individual to join our rapidly growing team as Office Manager.
ROLE:
This is a combined finance and operations role with regular interaction with the senior management team. We are seeking a capable individual who is highly organised and can work independently with minimum supervision to deliver what it is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing and deploying digital filing systems; reviewing and actioning supply requisitions.
Define and execute cross-departmental procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of data and records within a highly data- and information-driven business, including cross-department CRM database.
Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments and training staff.
Keep management informed by preparing reports; summarising information; identifying operations trends.
Oversee and execute compliance procedures relating to customer onboarding.
Enforce company policies across other departments including record- and data-capture policy.
Setting up new employees on company’s IT and communication systems, and troubleshooting
IT and comms issues as they arise.
Maintain HR records including staff holiday and absences.
Organise recruitment process and carry out staff on-boarding procedures.
Prepare monthly payroll information and submit to payroll company.
Oversee CEO’s schedule and ensure essential management meetings are attended and action items are completed on time.
Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results.
Data entry into cloud-based accounts software.
Issue customer invoices and conduct credit control over accounts receivables.
Maintain records on supplier invoices and prepare bi-weekly payrun breakdowns.
Assist with other operational matters as required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proactive approach. Capable of planning and managing multiple work streams, with the drive and energy to work within tight deadlines.
Flexible and agile approach to the role.
Exceptional time management skills.
Attention to detail combined with ability to step back and see the big picture .
Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to learn.
Comfortable with all major software, especially Excel and Word.
Qualification:
- Strong understanding of social media in both execution technique (such as Facebook ads testing and optimizing) and consumer behavior/insight
- Strong social media communication skill
- Strong analytical skill
- Creative flair and detail orientation
- Professional approach to time and deadline
- Good communication across all organization
- At least 1 years experience on digital marketing
