Storage conditions were divide into three categories, first, storage at ambient temperature in non-controlled
temperature with various air temperature between 27-30 o
C. Second condition, products were storage at controlled
room temperature in a showcase with air temperature varied in the range of 20-22 o
C and third condition products
were storage at controlled room temperature in a showcase with air temperature varied in the range of 14-16 o
C.
Figure 1 show the picture of the fresh-cut under different storage temperature conditions.
