• The ‘H’ sign on the 26th floor indicates our helipad as included in the listing of common property prepared by the Land Department . This listing includes a helipad and roof terrace (26th floor). In my opinion, management is now (illegally) constructing a new helipad on the 28th floor as the current helipad is located on ‘their’ property (unit 2501). How can one restrict entrance to the 26th floor if that’s the location of our helipad? I am sure the safety building inspectors report (conducted in the 2nd half of last year) includes the helipad and that it currently (and for the last 20 years) does not meet safety requirements and / or has been located in the wrong location. Unfortunately, this report has not been made available to co-owners even when requested by registered mail (Nov. 22, 2015).
• Of course, the legal order from the Wattana District Office makes it even more clear in that the whole 26th floor is common area.
