’All this school needs is a tidal flat in front of it.’
Tidal flats have rice plantations that would feed the stomachs of the elderly and yours as well – you could eat your own harvest before leaving for work. The tidal flats always have food. You could even take your boat out, catch fresh oysters and octopuses, and use the ebb and flow of the tides to catch fish with a net. It would be killing two birds with one stone. With a tidal flat to take care all future lunch needs, there would be no reason to worry.

They would enjoy reading by the water, fishing and meeting new friends over boiling Maeuntang (a type of spicy fish soup).
