QA Supervisor
Job Purpose:
• To monitor and improve Production process to ensure that all production processes are in line with quality system and maintain overall quality system ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction
• To handle customer complaint to ensure that concerned party get the feedback timely
• Control Department’s Document: Quality plan, HACCP Plan, GMP Procedure, Process flow & Specification, Process validation and monitoring report, Standard Testing
• Methods and rework procedure ,statistical FG quality report, FG testing report/COA, and product regulations/requirements update
• Review test method and equipment in process based on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) ensuring accuracy and reliability
Qualifications:
• Male/Female 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Food Science / Food Technology/ Bio-Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Customer Complaint & QA Function
• Possess basic knowledge of HACCP/GMP/ISO 9000 concept
• Good command of English and Computer skills
• Strong Communication & Co-ordination skills
