Sorry for the misunderstanding due to we received info from Progressive that you told this shipment Invoice was wrong.
That’s why we asking from the shipper to make sure about it.
Regarding the Invoice/Packing list for other shipment, we always sent the full documents included Invoice/Packing list to Progressive if we got from our agent.
But for any shipment that shipper refused to provide Invoice/Packing list to our agent because they said that will send to you directly.
Then, we will have to asking for Invoice/packing list from you.
