Being (SWW) Steering Committee (SC) which reports to DS for programmes planned for the year to inject better work-life integration for staff. The SWW workplans are also tabled at the Career
Development Council (CDC) which is a senior management board meeting chaired by PS. SWW comprises 4 sub-committees each supported by an Advisor who is at a Director level (Figure 4.4.1).
