Findings on the Implementation of RBE Programs and Projects
Using the 4As Framework, a survey among nine SEA countries was conducted to provide a picture of how RBE is being realized in the region from the development to implementation of policies, programs, and projects.
The survey brought to light the translation of RBE legal mandates into government actions. Among the 4As that served as main indicators of rights-based education, it would be in making education adaptable (4.41) where most actions are being done, and least actions where directed towards making education acceptable (4.0).
