Candidates applying for low level management positions attended a three day leading with integrity class whose chief goal was to further the development of leadership and communication skills, employees being considered for senior management position received training in every department of the company during a six month period in which they kept their current job. At the end of the training period, representatives of the people department analyzed the feedback from department heads, peers and subordinates, and decided on the specific assignment of each candidate.
