รายละเอียดของงาน
• Execute recruitment plan shared by the Business Unit / Recruitment Leader
• Meet Hiring Manager and HR Manager periodically to understand staffing requirement
• Be responsible for candidate pipeline as well as to keep recruitment database updated.
• Job posting in various industrial estates, job site
• Responsible for quality of the prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitions.
• Screen candidate profile(s) and ensure they meet hiring specifications/requirements.
• Evaluate candidate communication skill and compensation fitment before sending to Hiring Manager
• Maintain reports, metrics of all task and assignments. Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (CV to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline.
• Develop and maintain effective relations with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners (agencies) delivering the recruitment services as appropriate.
• Use the most effective sourcing channels to fill the identified positions as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Manage 3rd party agency search firm/vendor relationships
• Coordinate with agency search firm to hire salaried and management staff
• Manage the individual candidates’ experience at initial contact and ensure they are effectively moved into the recruiting process for the recruiter.
• Provides ongoing consultation/inputs related to market pulse to Recruitment lead and Regional Recruitment Managers for sourcing analysis and reporting
• Provide weekly new hire report to business unit and other teams for onboarding. Additional reporting on need basis.
• Complete Background Verification for new hire through online portal
• Review and validate invoices submitted by Search Firm
