I propose the Management Committee members to please discuss and share their respective opinions and/or experience towards PCS property management services at this coming Management Committee Meeting, this can be pre-informed agenda on PCS performance review on the followings:-
A). property management services including Engineering Maintenance, Financial and Accounting management, sub-contractors' management.
B). cleaning, security and gardening services
This is suitable timing, after 3 months from 1 October 2013. At this opportunity, we can get to understand and refresh individual management committee member's interests and expectations.
With this reply message, I have copied the management personnel of PCS, as listed. They are senior executives who are in charge of individual Divisions at PCS. Khun Kasabol is immediate supervisor of K. Germain Thomas, he can attend your sales matters in stead of K. Germain who is transferred to Cambodia.
